Political Affinity: The station and a number of subsequent settlements within the system are privately owned corporate assets of Greggor Intergalactic Management. Mining operations are controlled largely by Jay'arks Spaders Excavation/Mining.
Primary Use: Trade and Tourism. The station is a hub for recreation and other administrative functions of Greggor Intergalactic Management. Marketing has been promoting the station, and local green moon, as tourist destinations. A number of businesses lease space on the station from Greggor Intergalactic Management ranging from entertainment to mechanical to medical and other services. Pharos Station also provides a recreation destination for Jay'arks Spaders Excavation/Mining Crews.
The planet Lemnos is not friendly to humanoids although survival on the surface is possible without protection, extended survival is limited to the amount of supplies a humanoid has with them. Lemnos also is home to a predator that is best avoided. All settlements on the surface have security to ensure the safety of Jay'arks Spaders Excavation/Mining assets and personnel.

It is speculated that Areios Zeta once contained at least one additional planet but that an event occurred which reduced it to the asteroid belt between Chiron and Seriphos.
Lemnos is home to the Barghest, a known predator native to Lemnos which has come under recent scrutiny as being possibly sentient. All mining settlements on Lemnos require heightened security measures to ensure the safety of miners and support staff. Little else is known about the Barghest. Jay'arks Spaders Excavation/Mining has contracted independent sources to assist with security and hunting of the Barghest.
Gaia Eiridis, Lemnos' moon, is a largely unspoiled wilderness that is being kept wild. There are no hotels or other large permanent buildings for visitors to use. There are precious few one room cabins with running water and toilet facilities but some can be found. The moon is for the adventure minded; hiking, nature trails, rafting.
