Hepheastus
The planet closest to Helios is mostly barren, scorched rock, with surface temperatures reaching as high as 437 degrees Kelvin. It is frequently buffeted by fast coronal mass ejections which, when combined with its unusually strong magnetosphere, generate some of the most spectacular aurora in the stellar region. Several tours (with special high radiation shields) are operated out of Pharos Station to view these aurora from orbit around the planet.
