Greggor Intergalactic Management (GIM) started as a small business and has grown to a managerial company and a highly respected name in the industry. They don't make anything, they don't build anything; They make money. Greggor Intergalactic Management has been efficient at coming up with ideas, selling said ideas to financial backers, and bringing a completed project in on time and mostly on budget. They not only develop the product, they manage it once the idea has become a reality.

Greggor Intergalactic Management picked this location because of a number of factors including the need of support services for the planned mining operations. Greggor Intergalactic Management had a good working relationship with Jay'arks Spaders Excavation/Mining Crews, the primary mining company in Areios Zeta prior to the conception of Pharos Station. Building on the success both companies experienced in Fuego VII, Pharos Station was proposed to fill a mutual need; expansion for Greggor Intergalactic Management and general use for the employees of Jay'arks Spaders.

Not only was the system rich in resources with an active mining operation already functioning, the location near established trade routes was a positive factor. Initially, the station filled the recreational and commercial need of the miners in the system. Over time, Pharos has expanded to a tourist destination in and of itself. The potential recreational use of Gaia Eiridis, the green moon of Lemnos, has also proven a sound investment. The tourist trade has steadily increased over the last decade with a good percentage of the inflow specifically destined for the moon and it's natural parks. Gaia Eiridis is controlled by Greggor Intergalactic Management as an undeveloped wonder and is being kept wild for a more 'back to nature' destination for rafting, rock climbing, hiking and camping to cater to the ever growing influx of tourists.

Greggor Intergalactic Management leases real estate on the station to other independent contractors/businesses. Businesses include the Meridian Hotel and Casino Resort, a number of smaller gaming houses, bars, retail, recreational venues, and service houses.

Greggor Intergalactic Management has leased scientific study rights to various researchers, allowing them to operate from areas on Gaia Eiridis and Lemnos. Other scientific groups also operate throughout the system either independently in neutral areas, or under the direction of specific governmental bodies from neighboring systems. Greggor Intergalactic Management, while not directly involved with these independent groups, does maintain a certain level of mutual cooperation regarding both scientific and security concerns.

Greggor Intergalactic Management manages things via their own operational staff on the station and ensures the safety of company assets with their own security forces.
